My journey began with a simple desire: to make a difference in the lives of others.
Early on, I was drawn to roles where I could support, guide and uplift — which led me to over 20 years in HR, consulting, and coaching. I helped professionals navigate transitions, build their confidence, and position themselves for aligned opportunities.
But even though I was “successful” on paper — the title, the recognition, the stability — something was missing. I felt like I was following a path that wasn’t truly mine.
